Ordering itself was fine, but the billing part was frustrating. It felt like the page worked when it wanted to, because I couldn’t clearly see the final charges until after I had already checked out. The follow-up emails didn’t really explain anything either. I contacted support, but they basically just repeated the same vague info back to me. Not a great experience when you’re trying to pay online and know exactly what you’re being charged for

I ordered from radiantelle.com once, the quality was better than I expected. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it feels nice and definitely seems fair for the price. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

I did have to reach out to support once, and from the tone of their reply I assumed it was being handled, even though I would’ve appreciated a clearer update. They did respond and I got my money back eventually, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the whole thing had been a little quicker and more straightforward.

I ordered this from Radiant Elle and, surprisingly, it’s been really comfortable on my skin. No itching or that tight, annoying feeling I usually get with other products, which is rare apparently. It did take a little longer to arrive than I would’ve liked, but I guess patience is part of the skincare routine now. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I wanted to like the site, but I remember feeling a little frustrated the whole time I was using it.
